Rev. Sandra Stogsdill has served as Associate Pastor of First Presbyterian Church since November 2007. She directed children’s and youth programs at several churches prior to beginning ordained ministry here at FPC Lee’s Summit. She is a big fan of Stephen Ministry, having trained as a Stephen Leader and Stephen Minister. She has served on the staff of Central Baptist Theological Seminary, where she completed her M.Div. in 2006.

Sandra has also studied at Princeton Theological Seminary and the Claremont School of Theology, where she earned an M.A. in Religious Education.After living in Southern California for much of the 1990’s, Sandra returned to her native Kansas City in 2002.
She lives in Overland Park with her husband Kris, her daughters Madeleine and Rachel, and Bucky the cat. She loves her role as Associate Pastor for Youth, Young Adults, and Small Group Ministries, and is excited about the tremendous potential for growth in these areas of the life of the church. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys reading, hiking, family time, and going to Zumba classes.
