Short Version: Every day at 6:57, (AM OR PM, you choose) members of our church pause their busy day to say a brief prayer. It's the same prayer that we all share together.

Long Version: By joining in our daily Breakthrough Prayer, you can be assured that there are people all over Lee's Summit, and all over the country, who are sharing this prayer with you. It is powerful. It is life-affirming. And you really do feel the power and presence of God's spirit as you all pray together each day at 6:57.

Jeremiah 29:11 (think of this as an appetizer before the Breakthrough Prayer)

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.

Breakthrough Prayer: Lord God, make known to us Your plans for our church and for us as individuals. Open our minds and encourage our hearts to live out those plans and live into Your future. Through the power of Your Spirit, to Your glory, and in Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

That way you can always have the prayer with you, or hand it out to your friends and neighbors and encourage them to join us every day at 6:57. Breakthrough Prayer is for EVERYBODY!
